Dr. T. Pandian, Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay has informed BSE that by an order passed by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay on July 19, 2010, in Company petition No. 778 of 2000, the Official Liquidator has been appointed as the Liquidator of M/s. Ventron Polymers Ltd with usual powers under the Companies Act, 1956.
Since, the Official Liquidator is appointed as the Liquidator of the above named Company, and as the Company is in Liquidation, from the date of winding up order i.e. July 19, 2010.
