Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 31, 2012 has fixed February 15, 2012 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of issue of Bonus equity shares to the existing shareholders of the Company, in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. two new equity shares of Rs. 10/-each for every one existing equity shares of Rs. 10/-.
